Citro Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for breakfast from 6:30am to 10:30am and Sunday from 7:00am to 11:00am.

A la carte dinner service is available from Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 9:30pm.

Lunch service is available weekdays from 12pm to 2:30pm.

Buffet Lunch Service every Thursday & Friday from 12pm only $18.95 per person.

At Citro Restaurant, you'll be able to enjoy a range of light snacks to an a la carte menu boasting a mouthwatering mix of international cuisine that changes with every season.

A generous wine menu show casing West Australian wines compliments our menu.

Citro Bar is open Monday & Tuesday from 3pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm and Saturday & Sunday from 5pm.

IINTRODUCING OUR HEAD CHEF:

Our Head Chef, Nicolas Chiesa, is a 31-year-old accomplished Chef from Switzerland who commenced his formal training 16 years ago specialising in Italian and French cuisine.

Nick moved to Australian in 1999, and during his career has had the privilege to work alongside top Executive Chefs in both an International and National arena.

Nick’s passion with cooking lies in experimenting with new techniques, produce and the development of fusion cuisine.

By creating melting pots of flavours from Asia and the Middle East combined with his traditional European foundation, Nick believes that a good dish will simply speak for itself - "… not to be complicated or overworked but embraced by fresh produce and aromatic flavours to create comforting and enjoyable dishes that are satisfying to people’s pallets and stay etched in their memories…".
